Returns & Exchanges

  • If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will issue a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service team at hello@hillhousehome.com for authorization and return label.
  • Returns must be unwashed and include their original packaging.
  • Please note that monogrammed items are not returnable and require an additional 10-14 days for delivery.
  • Once our team processes your return/exchange, we will issue a refund for the item(s) purchased and/or send replacement items. Please allow 2 weeks for processing.
