WHAT’S YOUR BEDTIME ROUTINE?
I wash my face, brush my teeth, brush my hair, put thousands of creams on my face and go to bed.
WHAT’S THE BEST NIGHT OF SLEEP YOU’VE EVER HAD?
The first night that I spent in a hotel after six days at Burning Man. It was amazing to feel a clean bed!
WHAT’S THE WORST NIGHT OF SLEEP YOU’VE EVER HAD?
The time that I spent the entire night awake because of my friend’s snoring.
WHAT TIME DO YOU GO TO SLEEP?
11:30pm or midnight.
WHAT TIME DO YOU WAKE UP?
WHAT PUTS YOU TO SLEEP RIGHT AWAY?
WHAT KEEPS YOU AWAKE AT NIGHT?
When I look at my phone in bed and start stalking everyone on Instagram and Facebook.
WHAT’S ON YOUR BEDSIDE TABLE?
Egyptian Magic cream for my hands, calendula for my lips, a glass of water and my phone.
WHAT’S THE FIRST THING YOU DO IN THE MORNING?
I open my eyes and then meditate.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE PIECE OF JEWELRY THAT YOU’VE DESIGNED?
The Nereus Bracelet maybe. Though my favorites change all the time.
DO YOU WEAR YOUR JEWELRY TO BED?
I never take off my earrings.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE HOTEL BED IN THE WORLD?
The Plaza Hotel in New York City has the puffiest, most delicious bed I’ve ever slept in.
Midnight Snack: Don’t eat midnight snacks!
Sound to fall asleep to: I prefer total silence.
Sleepwear: A linen men’s style pajama or a silk baby doll nightgown.
Bedtime Reading: At the moment, I’m reading a lot of the NY Times.
