“I am definitely a night owl,” she says of her sleep patterns. “I sometimes prefer working on projects at night. When I was l child, I remember always wanting to stay awake so that I wouldn't miss anything.” Here, she shares what’s Next to Her Bed.
What side of the bed do you sleep on?
I always sleep on the side farthest from the door because it feels more private and cozier.
What can you not sleep without?
I can't sleep without headphones. I always listen to a podcast to fall asleep. I love listening to Smartless before bed. The content is celebrity interviews that are all pretty lighthearted. I can't listen to anything news or work related before sleep.
What is currently next to your bed?
My fiancé and I moved from a studio apartment to a two-bedroom apartment during covid so furnishing has been a process! I'm waiting for these awesome nightstands to arrive. I have a face roller, a book and a tray for jewelry that I keep next to me. I only have essentials on my nightstand. Since moving into my new apartment I've tried to do away with clutter.
Do you keep any electronics next to your bed?
Yes, but I do not look at social media before bed, which really helps me decompress.
What is your nighttime routine in 5 steps or less?
1. Warm shower
2. Real Sleep custom blended sleep supplement. GAME CHANGER
3. Peachy prescription retinoid
5. Lash Serum from Grande Lash.
