RETURNS
-Free domestic returns. Products in their original packaging are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery. More info
SHOE RETURNS
-Shoes that show any visible signs of wear will not be accepted for return (ex. dirt, stains, scuffs, fabric frays, and indentation on the leather).
-We ask that you take extra care when trying on our shoes for the first time. Please wear them on a soft, clean surface (a carpet or rug, etc.), and do not wear them outdoors until you know you love them.
-To qualify for a return, shoes must also include the original shoebox in like-new condition. Any shoes returned without the box or in a damaged shoe box will be rejected for return. More info.

I actually have the blue vine pattern. I had been chatting with customer service over email about sizing because I wanted to get my daughter and myself matching dresses for an upcoming wedding. While we were chatting, the dress sizes that would fit my daughter and match my dress sold out. Pinky tracked down the right size dress for my daughter from their offices and had it sent along with my dress. They arrived today, are GORGEOUS, and we are so happy! I am so thankful for your outstanding customer service and beautiful quality. I will say it runs slightly small. My daughter is almost 2, average size for her age. I got the size 3/4 and the top is still pretty tight even when stretched. Glad I got the bigger size and I’m happy with the length!
