Ordered 2 dresses- package arrived severely damaged full of several large tears/openings. The adult dress was missing and the childrens dress was dirty and damaged as it’s bag had been torn open inside the package. I contacted HHH within minutes of receiving delivery; it’s been almost 2 weeks and they continue to give me the run around. Absolutely horrific customer service and attention to details.
