SHOE RETURNS
-Shoes that show any visible signs of wear will not be accepted for return (ex. dirt, stains, scuffs, fabric frays, and indentation on the leather).
-We ask that you take extra care when trying on our shoes for the first time. Please wear them on a soft, clean surface (a carpet or rug, etc.), and do not wear them outdoors until you know you love them.
-To qualify for a return, shoes must also include the original shoebox in like-new condition. Any shoes returned without the box or in a damaged shoe box will be rejected for return. More info.

I really regret getting a sleeved version. The sleeves constantly slip and expose my bra. It’s so frustrating. I also can’t really layer it so I feel more limited in how to style it. Very frustrating. The velvet also runs a little smaller but I didn’t want to size up and make the sleeves fall even more.

I am 5'5" 156 lbs, 34D, 30" waist, 40" hips and I had despaired of ever replacing my beloved Neslis with a Louisa that fit my "apple body." Well, this Blue Velvet Louisa in XS fit and flattered like a dream from the song. I don't need to wear a bra with it (a plus), so I layer under it for modest attire with the white lace Millie top from last year's drop. It's really lovely. I hope that providing my measurements will help other "apple" and "pear" women who are on the fence about this dress go for it. My only quibble is that this velvet is a combo: 75% Rayon, 25% Nylon, and not the rich silk of last year's burgundy and emerald velvet drops. There is a noticeable difference in hand and sheen. For me, the pockets make up for that. Loving it!
