-Shoes that show any visible signs of wear will not be accepted for return (ex. dirt, stains, scuffs, fabric frays, and indentation on the leather).
-We ask that you take extra care when trying on our shoes for the first time. Please wear them on a soft, clean surface (a carpet or rug, etc.), and do not wear them outdoors until you know you love them.

HH hit a home run with this one. The bricky red is a very striking color on warmer skintones, the dress itself is probably the most flattering design in the store, and the elastic on the sleeves is stretchy stretchy so it doesn't feel tight around my upper arms. And it's two dresses in one. I was fooling around in front of the mirror and discovered that the top is tight enough to pull it up an inch and wear the sleeves off the shoulder, and it looks so freaking good styled that way. I'm definitely getting Louisa in a few more colors.
For reference I'm 5'1, 32C, size 4 and got XS. The smocked bit ends exactly at my natural waist which is suuuper flattering, the hem ends up being a couple inches above the ankle (fine with me), the shoulders stay put whether worn up or down, and the deep neckline is unexpectedly fine due to the forgiving-ness of the smocking. (If it feels like too much, just pull it up higher).

Bought this in the Victorian red and it’s easily my favorite dress now. I wish I could get away with wearing it every day lol. It’s SO comfortable and flattering on (I am very busty and struggle to find dresses that flatter my body without being too much) and just is so timelessly elegant but also can be worn casually. The smocking is of such good quality and the shoulders STAY UP which is something I’ve always struggled with with other dresses of this style. Beautiful quality cotton fabric as well. And out of every piece of clothing I own I’ve never received so many compliments…literally every single time I’ve worn it since I’ve bought it multiple people have stopped me to say how beautiful of a dress it is. I want it in every color now lol. BUY IT.
