RETURNS
-Free domestic returns. Products in their original packaging are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery. More info
SHOE RETURNS
-Shoes that show any visible signs of wear will not be accepted for return (ex. dirt, stains, scuffs, fabric frays, and indentation on the leather).
-We ask that you take extra care when trying on our shoes for the first time. Please wear them on a soft, clean surface (a carpet or rug, etc.), and do not wear them outdoors until you know you love them.
-To qualify for a return, shoes must also include the original shoebox in like-new condition. Any shoes returned without the box or in a damaged shoe box will be rejected for return. More info.

I bought this dress for my normal sized 6 mo old. I had to return the 6-12 mo size for a 12 - 18 mo size and it still doesnt fit right.. Its WAY too tight at the top, so much so it squeezes her skin and make its look like she needs a bra. Not a good dress for babies at all.

I have 6 adult Ellie’s (so obviously I’m a believer). I am a 32E and a size 4 for most clothing. This little Ellie so so stinkin’ cute! Being 5’ 1” it hits at a great spot. There’s a little less coverage and less support at the top, but I always wear a bra with my nap dresses! I bought 3 little Ellie’s size 11-12y and I’m very pleased!

I’m not suggesting anything illegal (though I’m leaving all doors open), but I would be willing to sell a kidney for a restock of these dresses. Just putting it out there. My two-year-old has one and my one-year-old is approaching her first-ever #NapDressSummer with nothing but the heartache of being born to a mother whose fingers did not check out fast enough at 11:02 am on launch day. If you can’t make it happen, at least I’ve given her something to talk to her therapist about. Xx

We just received the Tiny Ellie and love it! For reference, my daughter is 5 years old, 45 inches tall, and weighs 38 pounds. She consistently wears a size 5 or size small in Lilly P. I was a bit apprehensive due to hearing this ran small. So we ordered a 7/8 and it's perfect! It hits her about mid calf. We plan to wear to a wedding. Both my daughter and I are very pleased and are ordering another Tiny Ellie!
