      Tight Sleeves

      I tried on the XS of this top in store and really liked it - the neckline is pretty and the flow is very cute. My issue is with the arms - the smocking is VERY tight. I have slender arms so there wasn't any sausage arm effect, however, I feel like sizing up to a S (I'm usually a S or XS in tops) might make the flowy part too oversized. Not sure how I'd feel with the XS on my arms all day, I imagine it would leave a mark.
