- Products that are unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery.
- For domestic returns: Opt in to Checkout+ at checkout for $2.79 to qualify for a return at no extra cost. If you do not opt in, a $12 fee for our prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund.
- We are happy to accept returns or exchanges in-store within 15 days of delivery. There are no additional handling fees associated with in-store returns.
- Fees apply for international returns.
- Refunds will not be processed until the product is received & quality checked at our warehouse. Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing.
- Refunds are available via store credit or returned to your original payment method.
- Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address entered at the time of purchase.
- Monogrammed items are final sale and not eligible for return.
