Thank you Hill House for making this in red. HHH has really nailed it with reds this year. It is a great holiday dress. The bows are indulgent. I love the weight of the fabric. This dress is so well made. The material is so substantial. The lining is luxe.
This is a short dress. I don’t know if I can justify this dress. It would work with opaque black tights but as someone with wide hips, my body shortens it even more. I think it comes down to comfort level. If you are into micro minis you will die for this. If you aren’t, you still might if you put it on. It made me feel elegant.
This is true to street size. I tried sizing up and it was too large. I took my Matilda size instead.
