I feel like they took all the feedback on Louisa and used it to make Madeline the perfect dress. I usually size down to a small in the Ellie and Scarlett but I stuck with my usual size medium for Madeline and I'm glad I did!
The bodice is a smidge tighter (I think due to the contrast smocking) than the Louisa and the skirt is a bit narrower. The sleeves no longer fall off the shoulder as the neckline is a bit more scooped and it has stretch all the way around to keep the dress up! It is tricky to wear a normal bra with as the back shows the band but I have tried it with balconette bras that sit lower and had no issues. It has a similar length to the Margot, maybe a smidge shorter. It's a great casual dress for both the weekends and the office!
