Purchased xxxs on sale with no returns for my 13 yo (5ft 1”, 80 lbs, generally a size 12 in children’s clothing, but longing for more grown up styles). She is quite thin, but this was actually tight on her it is so so tiny. It still would have worked but the top of the dress is completely out of proportion with the bottom, we can’t even figure out a way to have it altered. Very sad waste of money.

I need a small across the chest but the problem will be that then it will be too short. 5’71/2 140. I am keeping it and getting it altered because it is the cutest dress!
