      Love the brown cobalt pattern and fabric, but why the shoulder pads?

      I loved the look of this online but it doesn’t work on me - wish the listing had mentioned the shoulder pads (why??) and that I hadn’t bought it when it was final sale :(

      if you are on the fence - do it

      I LOVE the Sloane dress, this is the second color I've purchased - the material is sleek and the overall style is so flattering. I've been complimented so many times in this dress, it's great for both work or events. I probably could've gone with a medium but love love love this dress / silhouette.
