Meet our newest Nap Dress®, Louisa. The Louisa Nap Dress® includes elasticated smocking, a scooped neckline, ruffle hem midi skirt and flexible puff sleeves. Fits both busy schedules and leisurely lifestyles perfectly.

About the Fabric
Our new crepe fabric is woven from GRS-certified 100% recycled post-consumer plastics like water bottles, giving a (stylish!) second life to materials that would otherwise be sent to the landfill.

It has a beautiful drape that’s dressier than our cotton styles, is washer-friendly and wrinkle-resistant, and thick enough to wear without a slip—meaning it looks and feels silky and amazing.

RETURNS
-Free domestic returns. Products in their original packaging are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery. More info

SHOE RETURNS
-Shoes that show any visible signs of wear will not be accepted for return (ex. dirt, stains, scuffs, fabric frays, and indentation on the leather).

-We ask that you take extra care when trying on our shoes for the first time. Please wear them on a soft, clean surface (a carpet or rug, etc.), and do not wear them outdoors until you know you love them.

-To qualify for a return, shoes must also include the original shoebox in like-new condition. Any shoes returned without the box or in a damaged shoe box will be rejected for return. More info.

    Sleeves slip down

    I have three Ellie nap dresses and was excited to wear this. BUT the sleeves constantly slip down. Since I had to wear it all day to discover the sleeve issue, the tag has been removed and I can no longer return. Otherwise I would return and get another Ellie.

    Love this!

    I love this dress and will definitely be buying in more colors. I tuck the sides of the arms around my bra straps to help the dress stay up and hide my bra straps and it is very comfortable. I highly recommend!

    Beautiful dress, runs maybe a little large

    The green color is beautiful, and I love the crepe fabric. I’m also writing because I initially ordered my true size Medium, (a size up from my Ellie size), but had to exchange for the small (my Ellie size) due to the sleeves falling off/neckline generally being too big. I have a 34F size chest (and am 5’3” and about 140 lbs), so just wanted to put this out there as a sizing tip. The small is a little snug across my back to be totally honest but overall fits much better than the medium which was falling off of me. Overall, love this dress and am happy I could make it work!

    Beautiful!

    I am in love with this style & color! I agree with the previous reviewer. No need to size up from you Ellie. Unfortunately I did but now my normal size is sold out. I will definitely be trying to snag it when it comes back in stock!

    Perfect dress

    Absolutely love this silhouette. The crepe fabric is a welcome change as well. I sized up from my usual Ellie size as instructed, but that wasn't necessary. I exchanged for my usual Ellie size.
