So happy I got this during the current summer sale! If you’re thinking about it- just do it!

The material is a sturdy lace, and the color is absolutely gorgeous. Lined skirt and no pockets, but that’s ok! This is my first ribbon tie Ellie and I’m so glad it’s mine. I measure a medium in the Ellie but usually get the XS if it’s cotton. The other review was helpful, this runs more true to size- I got a size S in this red lace Ellie… it fits well and feels lovely, but good thing I didn’t go down to XS.

If you’re looking for a beautiful red dress this summer, this is it!

This dress is so flattering on just like the normal Ellie but the thick ribbons to make bows makes it more fun! The lace pattern is intricate and the color is great. The fabric itself also seems “sturdy” not like a flimsy delicate lace which also adds to the fullness of the skirt - and it’s fully lined which is a bonus. I ordered my usual XS in the Ellie and it fits maybe just a smidge tighter but on the other hand makes me feel more secure without a bra. Also for some reason I technically measure as a medium but my size in the Ellie is an XS.

The Poppy Red Floral Lace Ellie is my new favorite of all their lace Ellie's, including the Collector's Editions. The poppy is a beautiful vibrant red, and the floral lace is intricate, beautiful and most importantly, soft and comfortable. The ribbons on this are also made of the same soft floral lace, so tying them together is easier as well.

I'm 5'7", 36B and took my usual street size XS in this. It fits well and I wouldn't size up nor down.

I'd definitely buy more floral laces should it come in more colors. Perfect for spring and to dress up or down.
