This is a workhorse shirt. It works well with suiting separates, under dresses, and on its own. I love it. The sleeves are a little long on my petite (petite plus) frame, but the cuffs stay put so they just look a little more relaxed in the arms. If you look at the models, especially the one wearing a L/XL it has slightly relaxed shoulders. At first I wasn’t sure if I liked that - but when I pulled up the shirt shoulder to my natural shoulder I saw why it was made the way it was - it makes the shirt look less mens formal, and more feminine.

The fit is great. I have issues with button shirts because I have a large bust (38D) and postpartum pooch. This shirt didn’t cause any issues. The arms weren’t too tight - I own the white, but have tried the other two patterns - and they all fit similarly.

I am a street Size 16 and am 5’1. The XL works well for me.

My only caveat is the material wrinkles easily. You need a steamer or other method to treat it after laundering. I washed it just fine.
