38D chest size so the shirt size L stops about mid rib cage so definitely a bit shorter on my body but I absolutely love this shirt. Its bodice fits similarly to an Ellie dress and is stretchy and the sleeves stay up no problem for me. Absolutely in love with how subtle this pattern is as a shirt with a plain bottom (I wore it with a white skirt). I ordered a size large and it fits so well, I wear a large in an Ellie and a large in Ophelia. General shirt size is a medium/large as well. Dress size is 16
